Supports mechanical engineering project teams with drawings, documentation, ductwork and piping layouts, building code research, engineering calculations, submittal reviews, and site visits. The role develops foundational knowledge of building technology, sustainable design, project delivery, quality standards, and engineering design intent while working toward professional engineer licensure.

Manages complex private-sector and federal proposals, qualifications packages, RFQs, RFPs, SOQs, and SF330 submissions from planning through delivery. Develops proposal strategy, messaging, win themes, technical narratives, resumes, and executive summaries; evaluates procurement requirements and compliance risks; coordinates multidisciplinary teams, schedules, and contributors; maintains marketing and knowledge-management resources; supports CRM, proposal technology, and AI workflows; and serves as a subject matter expert while mentoring marketing staff.

Lead small-to-medium architectural projects through schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. Supervise small teams, coordinate with engineering and interiors, ensure code compliance, prepare specifications and presentations, perform site visits, mentor interns, and support marketing efforts.
