Manage and grow B2B accounts for landscape contractors, municipalities, and commercial clients. Build relationships, identify sales opportunities, recommend products, coordinate deliveries with operations and logistics, track customer activity in CRM systems, and stay informed on industry trends. The role requires landscape product knowledge, strong communication and negotiation skills, a valid driver’s license, and travel to customers, branches, and industry events.

Supports budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, reporting, and long-range planning. Analyzes financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, prepares executive dashboards and presentations, and assists with mergers, acquisitions, due diligence, and integration planning. Partners with finance leaders and business stakeholders to provide actionable insights and decision support.

Participates in structured training to learn branch and department operations, sales processes, leadership planning, and business development. Provides administrative support, prepares documents and presentations, maintains customer accounts, supports revenue growth, resolves customer issues, and assists managers with daily tasks. Develops leadership, communication, and professional skills through performance reviews, training, and organizational activities.
