Drive new customer acquisition and re-engage underperforming accounts across a territory. Execute annual sales plans, build relationships, collaborate with regional managers, maintain activity and sales reports, represent the brand professionally, participate in industry networks, and travel approximately 15% to grow business.

Rotational internship across branch operations, counter sales, shipping/receiving, account management, and leadership shadowing. Interns complete a Capstone Project to improve business processes and present findings to company executives.

Manage assigned customer portfolio to build long-term relationships, grow revenue from existing clients, identify new sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, forecast account metrics, prepare reports, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
