Operate studio cameras, teleprompter, graphics and editing systems for live and taped productions; serve as floor director and production grip; assist with studio maintenance, lighting, and posting video/text to the station website; perform other production duties as assigned.

Sell multi-platform advertising solutions to local and regional businesses, using consultative Scripps sales process to craft campaigns across TV and digital channels, manage client relationships, negotiate deals, execute campaigns, track CRM metrics, and drive revenue growth.

Lead technical vision and operations for broadcast and digital systems. Oversee design, installation, maintenance, and repair of TV, OTT, Internet, RF, and production systems. Manage facilities (HVAC, power, security), staff development, budgets, FCC compliance, project delivery, and cross-departmental integration to support newsroom workflows and future technology planning.
