The Senior Associate, MarComms will manage marketing initiatives, digital campaigns, and communications efforts to enhance brand visibility in Brunei, focusing on healthcare AI and digital health solutions.

Support planning and execution of change management plans: stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communications, training, resistance management, KPI definition, documentation, and continuous improvement to enable adoption of new processes and technologies.

Apprenticeship role supporting HR and admin operations: maintain employee records, assist onboarding/offboarding, support recruitment, coordinate office and executive logistics, help with purchase orders and invoices, and assist employee engagement and travel arrangements while learning HR processes.

Support planning and execution of user engagement campaigns and events, create bilingual content and visual assets, manage platform configuration and quality checks, onboard vendors, collect user feedback, track campaign metrics, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
