Manage the full sales cycle, conduct site inspections, follow up leads, exceed revenue targets, upsell event services, maintain accurate iVvy and client database records, coordinate with hotel departments, monitor competitors, support commercial campaigns, and provide sales reporting and insights.

Drive conference and events revenue through proactive sales, lead conversion, proposals, contract negotiation, and relationship management. Manage enquiries, conduct site inspections and client meetings, maintain CRM records, support forecasting, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful events.
