Greet patients, answer and route calls, discuss fees and payments, check patients in/out, schedule appointments, bill insurance, enter CPT/ICD-10 codes, collect payments, and prepare end-of-day deposits.

Provide direct pre/postoperative nursing care in an ophthalmology surgical environment. Monitor patients' physiological status, assist surgeons and anesthesiologists, maintain PRE-OP/PACU equipment, perform airway management, educate patients/families, and uphold medical asepsis and patient privacy.
