Designs complex enterprise platform architectures across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Leads pre-sales discovery, solution design, technical presentations, proposals, RFP responses, and pricing support. Develops virtualization, containerization, data, analytics, and AI/ML strategies; evaluates technologies; maintains client relationships; documents architectures and bills of materials; and provides technical assurance during implementation handoffs.

Support outside sales and distribution teams to grow and retain customers by processing orders, quoting, recommending solutions, tracking shipments, and driving upsell/cross-sell while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Process and manage enterprise renewals from quote to cash and procure-to-pay. Coordinate with sales, finance, engineering, partners and vendors to create quotes, issue purchase orders, track orders, maintain renewal databases, ensure vendor compliance, and support customer experience and SLAs.
