Oversee global deployment, architecture, integration, validation, governance, and lifecycle management of AVEVA PI and automation systems supporting cGMP biologics manufacturing. Integrate PI with DeltaV, SCADA, and DCS platforms; develop analytics, reporting, and visualization; support process control, OT infrastructure, SDLC, NPI, MES readiness, audits, CAPAs, and change controls. Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, documentation, validation protocols, and vendor oversight across manufacturing sites.

Conduct routine high- and low-throughput in vitro ADME assays, process experimental data, maintain mammalian cell cultures and laboratory equipment, support assay validation and troubleshooting, manage consumables, follow safety and quality procedures, and collaborate with laboratory supervisors and senior research scientists.

Supports in vitro toxicology screening and assay development for drug discovery. Performs high-content imaging, mitochondrial toxicity assays, compound and buffer preparation, robotic system operation, equipment calibration, and data analysis. Ensures work meets timelines, quality standards, safety regulations, and relevant toxicology guidelines while contributing to research, commercial projects, and continuous technical development.
