Administer and improve compensation programs across the U.S., Canada, Costa Rica, and Mexico. Manage salary planning, incentive programs, merit and bonus processes, job evaluations, benchmarking, salary structures, and compensation reporting. Advise HR partners and business leaders, ensure wage-and-hour compliance, support Workday compensation processes, harmonize global pay practices, and lead compensation projects and change initiatives.

Performs cost accounting transactions, month-end and year-end close activities, internal controls, audits, troubleshooting, and process improvement across global shared-services operations. Collaborates with regional finance teams, resolves accounting issues, supports projects and migrations, maintains documentation, and ensures KPI and deadline compliance. Coaches junior analysts, supports onboarding and knowledge retention, and applies IFRS and general accounting principles using SAP or other ERP systems.

Supports global market intelligence initiatives focused on China and the animal nutrition value chain. Monitors competitors, market dynamics, capacity, pricing, trade flows, and customer behavior; validates and reports market data; manages intelligence systems and budgets; and coordinates cross-functional projects and new product launches. Develops market studies, evaluates product opportunities, and translates complex data into actionable sales strategies and value propositions.
