Supervise customer service activities, manage complex customer issues, develop account relationships, conduct sales meetings, maintain CRM data, coordinate work schedules and resources, prepare reports, analyze customer and market data, and guide team members in achieving business objectives.

Manage strategic accounts, sales pipelines, customer relationships, pricing negotiations, forecasts, and territory development. Drive retention and growth across key customers, represent the company at industry events, coordinate with Marketing and internal stakeholders, provide technical and commercial guidance, and maintain accurate CRM and accounts receivable information.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under HGB and IFRS; manage closing activities; ensure correct accounting and valuation; support operational teams; analyze financial positions; coordinate with auditors; improve accounting and reporting processes; undertake special projects.
