Write and edit proposals, RFP responses, case studies, and technical content. Research client needs, synthesize input from subject-matter experts, develop solution narratives and project approaches, and tailor content for different audiences. Support go/no-go decisions by analyzing requirements and risks, maintain proposal content library, and collaborate across leadership, strategy, UX, design, and technical teams.

Manage web design and development projects from conception to delivery using agile methods. Create timelines, track schedule, budget, and status, assign and monitor tasks, supervise developers, ensure UX/accessibility best practices, act as client representative, and maintain client satisfaction and team engagement.

Lead architecture and scoping of enterprise WordPress solutions; collaborate with developers, designers, PMs and clients; produce technical specifications and documentation; advise and manage teams; ensure performance, security, scalability, QA practices, and project delivery; run workshops and train teams.

Design, build, and maintain custom WordPress plugins and themes; debug and upgrade sites; implement block-editor (Gutenberg) solutions including custom React blocks; collaborate with designers, PMs, and developers; use Git and Docker-based workflows; write documentation and contribute to open source.
