Own a portfolio of customer relationships to maximize account revenue. Provide world-class customer service, identify upsell opportunities, troubleshoot complex issues, collaborate cross-functionally, and lead special projects. Role requires travel (~25%) to client clinics and focuses on account optimization and growth.

Lead, train, and supervise a team of therapists embedded in primary care practices; serve as liaison with partner offices; drive clinical quality, coach clinicians, optimize resources, and support operational growth to improve patient outcomes.

Lead end-to-end customer implementations from contract to go-live, design site-specific CoCM workflows, train clinical teams, align stakeholders, manage risks and milestones, and transition customers to Account Management while ensuring operational, clinical, and billing readiness.
