Oversee clinical operations for two adolescent residential treatment programs, supervise therapists and residential staff, maintain clinical quality and safety, review documentation, facilitate treatment teams, coordinate discharge planning and insurance authorization, ensure policy compliance, support team culture, and participate in the clinical on-call rotation.
