Provide high-trust personal and executive support to the Chairman, managing calendars, travel, correspondence, personal errands, household coordination, and briefing materials. Work closely with Chief of Staff and Director of Executive Operations to maintain alignment, anticipate needs, and improve processes. Requires discretion, responsiveness, and flexibility for occasional domestic and international travel.

Lead UX/UI and visual design for web and mobile products, produce high-fidelity mockups and prototypes, run user research and usability testing, maintain design systems and documentation, collaborate with product and engineering, present designs to stakeholders, and mentor junior designers.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual GAAP financial statements; manage GL, reconciliations, AP/AR, payroll support, tax compliance, budgeting/forecasting, cash flow, fixed assets, audit support, and cross-functional financial analysis and reporting.
