Teams at Evolve Bank & Trust

Performs commercial loan analysis and underwriting, evaluates borrower risk and repayment ability, supports loan approvals and operations, and assists with new product vetting. Provides analytical support for special projects, mentors Credit Analysts, and collaborates with lenders on training and credit recommendations while balancing loan production with risk.

Supports daily ACH operations management, including transaction processing, settlement, reconciliations, exception handling, risk monitoring, regulatory compliance, audits, reporting, staff supervision, client onboarding, fraud prevention, system implementations, and business continuity planning. Partners with Treasury Management, Compliance, Fraud Management, Deposit Operations, and Commercial Banking teams to improve controls, efficiency, and service quality.

Reconciles card-network settlements, fees, chargebacks, reserve accounts, bank activity, and merchant-level data. Investigates exceptions, identifies root causes, maintains audit trails, supports ISO funding and dispute obligations, analyzes transaction datasets, and improves reconciliation controls through automation. The role requires knowledge of payment processing, card-network rules, ACH, interchange, BSA/AML, and TSYS systems, along with strong Excel and analytical skills.
