Coordinates promotional activities and campaigns for corporate clients and internal departments. Provides promotional consulting, develops creative ideas, produces reports, manages promotional materials and inventory, decorates gaming floors for events, supports studios, and co-leads the promotions team. Requires advanced English, computer skills, communication, multitasking, planning, leadership, creativity, and presentation abilities.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for operations and business support roles, partnering with hiring managers to develop hiring plans, publish vacancies, screen and interview candidates, conduct assessments and reference checks, maintain candidate records, and manage recruitment suppliers. Provide recruitment guidance, promote best practices, and improve hiring processes while ensuring a strong candidate experience.

Manage HR operations for a high-volume studio, including recruitment strategy, employee relations, retention, rewards, engagement, HRIS accuracy, process improvement, and leadership development. Lead the local HR team, advise business leaders on people strategy, support organizational growth, and ensure compliance with British Columbia employment legislation while managing multiple priorities in a complex environment.
