Plans and leads external marketing, employer-brand, recruitment campaigns, social media, CSR, and PR activities for Evolution Georgia. Coordinates with HR, business units, universities, and partner organizations; organizes recruitment events and workshops; manages creative vendors and communications materials; ensures brand compliance; and oversees marketing budgets. The role supports Studio Operations hiring and strengthens the company’s attractiveness to target candidates.

Leads global procurement strategy, sourcing, tendering, supplier negotiations, contracts, budgets, and cost optimization. Oversees supplier performance, warehouse and logistics operations, inventory accuracy, compliance, reporting, digitalization, and continuous improvement. Manages Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics teams while collaborating across functions and international locations.

Create high-quality 3D models, environments, animations, video edits, teasers, trailers, and promotional content for live casino and slot games. Manage projects from concept through delivery, including storyboards, modeling, rigging, texturing, lighting, rendering, and post-production. Produce content for marketing campaigns, exhibitions, events, and conferences while following brand guidelines, meeting deadlines, collaborating in creative reviews, and sharing expertise with the design team.
