Provides technical support, data analysis, economic modeling, and project execution across customer accounts and oilfield basins. Analyzes operational performance, emissions reductions, efficiency improvements, KPIs, and ROI to support customer success and regional initiatives. Collaborates with Engineering, Operations, and Digital Technology teams, contributes customer insights to product roadmaps, supports strategic reviews, and drives operational excellence. The role is based in Midland with 10% travel and occasional wellsite exposure.

Conduct field and facility audits, reinforce SOPs and safety-critical procedures, document quality findings and nonconformances, support QMS tools and control plans, facilitate pre-job reviews, and collaborate with quality systems engineers and field leadership to resolve systemic issues. The role requires frequent travel, field walkthroughs, detailed reporting, crew coaching, and adaptability to industrial and oilfield environments.

Creates and maintains 2D electrical schematics, panel layouts, wiring diagrams, 3D models, assemblies, drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation for hydraulic fracturing and power generation equipment. Maintains revisions in Autodesk Vault, supports engineering changes, coordinates electrical and mechanical designs, and collaborates with procurement, manufacturing, production, and maintenance teams. The role also participates in design reviews, documentation standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Designs and documents mechanical systems and components for hydraulic fracturing equipment using 2D/3D CAD. Maintains models, drawings, bills of materials, and engineering documentation in Autodesk Vault. Supports design reviews, engineering change processes, manufacturing collaboration, PDM administration, and continuous improvement. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, attention to detail, independent task management, and occasional wellsite work.

Develops new business with shale oil and gas producers for electric hydraulic fracturing fleets. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline management, economic modeling, pricing, proposal and RFP development, executive presentations, market intelligence, competitive analysis, and coordinating client transitions to field execution. The role requires strong hydraulic fracturing operations knowledge, financial acumen, E&P relationships, presentation skills, and extensive travel across offices, client locations, and wellsites.

Designs, develops, tests, troubleshoots, and documents electrical systems for hydraulic fracturing equipment. Creates CAD schematics, drawings, bills of materials, and technical reports; collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, production, and project teams; supports design reviews, special projects, process improvements, and engineering change processes. The role is primarily office-based in The Woodlands, Texas, with occasional wellsite travel and required safety compliance.
