Drive strategy, design, and delivery of Utilization Management and provider portal products. Lead agile teams, define roadmap and requirements, act as SME for UM/prior authorization and interoperability (HL7/FHIR), manage UAT and production support, produce documentation, engage clinical and engineering stakeholders, measure outcomes, and mentor junior product staff.

Serve as the consultative lead for a major client book: drive growth, retention, and satisfaction; build C-level relationships; use data and SMEs to create pricing, contracting, and strategic account plans; manage pipeline in Salesforce; ensure contract performance and SLA adherence. Travel ~40% required.

Lead creative design and digital experience for provider-facing communications: develop on-brand assets, run integrated digital campaigns, optimize web and UX, manage vendor relationships, and use analytics to drive engagement and conversion.
