Leads engineering teams building and operating Evolent’s enterprise AI platform, including document pipelines, event-driven architecture, and agentic user interfaces. Responsibilities include forming and scaling teams, recruiting leaders and engineers, delivering enterprise software, establishing technical standards, partnering on architecture and security, and ensuring production readiness, compliance, observability, and responsible AI practices. The role also shapes strategy, drives AI-enabled engineering workflows, and represents platform engineering in executive discussions.

Analyze healthcare claims, eligibility, pharmacy, and cost data to support capitated risk proposals, financial arrangements, value models, and business development. Develop and validate analytical tools, process raw claims data, identify actionable insights, create customer-ready visualizations, and communicate findings to diverse stakeholders. The role also facilitates customer interactions and supports medical cost management and new product initiatives.

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions, including APIs and microservices. Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams; conduct code reviews; mentor junior engineers; improve automation, testing, and CI/CD; troubleshoot production issues; and guide technical architecture. The role requires strong software development, cloud, database, communication, and problem-solving expertise, with healthcare data and HL7 FHIR experience preferred.
