Leads the digital content team responsible for creating, editing, and publishing accurate, engaging product information and SEO content on evo.com. Oversees the product information pipeline from vendors through PIM and website publication, manages content quality and performance KPIs, collaborates with merchandising, creative, UX, technology, and marketing teams, and improves workflows through automation and AI. The role also manages staffing, resources, project schedules, and team development.

Develop and coordinate the annual commercial event calendar and promotional strategies to drive revenue and inventory movement. Create offers, messaging, and integrated marketing plans; lead cross-functional execution; analyze campaign performance across revenue, margin, customer metrics, and inventory; test new promotional concepts and leverage evo’s ecosystem to strengthen engagement and growth.

The Director of DC Operations & Logistics will oversee distribution, order fulfillment, and logistics at evo's U.S. distribution center, optimizing operations, managing teams, and improving efficiency while ensuring high service levels.
