Develop and coordinate the annual commercial event calendar and promotional strategies to drive revenue and inventory movement. Create offers, messaging, and integrated marketing plans; lead cross-functional execution; analyze campaign performance across revenue, margin, customer metrics, and inventory; test new promotional concepts and leverage evo’s ecosystem to strengthen engagement and growth.

The Director of DC Operations & Logistics will oversee distribution, order fulfillment, and logistics at evo's U.S. distribution center, optimizing operations, managing teams, and improving efficiency while ensuring high service levels.

Manage monthly and annual close across multiple international entities, ensure SOX compliance, prepare/review financial statements, reconciliations, and accruals. Support audits, tax filing across jurisdictions, budgeting and forecasting, maintain internal controls and financial systems, analyze performance, mentor junior staff, and drive process improvements.
