Lead the end-to-end technical design of the Customer Experience Platform, overseeing engineers, and ensuring high uptime and scalability while integrating AI components.

Own the Order-to-Cash cycle: manage AR, billing, collections, and QuickBooks entries. Reconcile bank and credit card accounts, prepare sales tax filings, escalate anomalies, and supervise one junior accountant. Work night shift to support Canadian operations and ensure accurate, timely financial records and collection performance.

The Data Architect will own the design and implementation of a unified data warehouse, manage data ingestion processes, and ensure data quality and governance while supporting AI initiatives at EviSmart.
