Owns full-cycle recruiting for healthcare IT, federal, cleared, technical, program management, and business roles. Responsibilities include sourcing strategy, technical and federal eligibility screening, hiring manager partnership, interview design, offer management, pipeline reporting, agency coordination, and building a federal recruiting playbook. The role requires expertise recruiting technical talent in healthcare technology and government contracting, including familiarity with FedRAMP, ATO, GovCloud, Public Trust, and security clearance eligibility.

Owns end-to-end software release execution across delivery teams, including readiness reviews, go/no-go decisions, branch and repository hygiene, environments, deployment pipelines, rollback planning, change control, audit evidence, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication. The role enforces release processes, coordinates dependencies, improves automation, manages off-hours deployments, and conducts retrospectives for failed or rolled-back releases.

The Enterprise Application Architect will document current architectures, drive FedRAMP compliance, design scalable systems, evaluate emerging technologies, and mentor senior developers.

The Federal Account Executive will manage the sales cycle for federal accounts, develop strategies, engage with C-suite stakeholders, and close multi-year contracts in healthcare tech.
