Teams at Evidence-Based Associates (EBA)

Builds and maintains data systems, workflows, surveys, dashboards, and reporting tools. Cleans, integrates, validates, and analyzes client, provider, implementation, outcome, fidelity, and fiscal data. Produces recurring and ad hoc reports, scorecards, funder deliverables, and stakeholder insights. Investigates data-quality issues, performs testing, documents processes, and supports training and continuous improvement across behavioral health and community care projects.

Owns a portfolio of state-system relationships and develops complex, multi-year public-sector partnerships. Leads enterprise sales cycles, navigates procurement, funding, policy, and executive stakeholders, and positions Empower’s integrated behavioral health and community-care capabilities. Coordinates specialty sellers, customer success, implementation, government relations, and executive teams while maintaining pipeline, forecasts, renewals, and expansion strategies. Represents Empower in the market and translates legislative, regulatory, and funding developments into commercial opportunities.

Project Manager responsible for planning and executing cross-functional initiatives across the EBP division. Duties include strategic planning, risk and budget tracking, workflow consolidation, process documentation, clinical product and resource development, KPI reporting, automation, and executive coordination. The role supports organizational transitions, resource allocation, vendor coordination, and continuous operational improvement in a remote environment with occasional travel.
