Maintain accurate books using Tally and accounting software, process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements, reconcile vendor accounts and GST input tax, ensure statutory compliance (TDS, GST, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax), review expense reports, assist month-end and audit processes, and support Finance Manager with reporting and process improvements.

Lead end-to-end pilot and scale-up of the ILC intervention: establish SOPs and operational systems, run field operations and technical troubleshooting, manage vendors and logistics, hire and lead dispersed field teams, drive data-driven continuous improvement, and liaise with government and technical partners to ensure installation quality, O&M adherence, and water-quality benchmarks.

The role involves designing and scaling people operations, improving recruitment processes, maintaining high talent density, developing performance systems, and fostering a positive culture for an AI initiative focused on alleviating poverty in low-income countries.
