Leads organizational program performance and oversees RADCo, SCA, and Data Division functions. Directs managers, aligns operations with strategy and funder requirements, establishes data and evaluation frameworks, develops organization-wide training, drives continuous quality improvement, and supports budgeting, reporting, audits, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional leadership.

Provides full-scope legal representation to tenants in eviction matters, including pleadings, discovery, motions, negotiations, hearings, conferences, and trials. Handles complex litigation while mentoring junior attorneys, fellows, and law clerks. Supports volunteer attorneys, develops training, participates in organizational meetings, maintains case data, and represents the organization in community activities. Requires trauma-informed, client-centered advocacy and collaboration in a fast-paced housing justice environment.

Administers end-to-end payroll and employee benefits for approximately 100 employees using ADP Workforce Now. Responsibilities include payroll processing, reconciliations, deductions, tax and wage compliance support, benefits enrollment, leave coordination, retirement administration, reporting, audits, year-end activities, and employee assistance. The role safeguards confidential information, coordinates with vendors and internal teams, maintains accurate records, and supports California and federal payroll and benefits compliance.
