Build and run lifecycle campaigns (email/SMS) in Klaviyo, analyze subscriber and churn cohorts, design A/B tests, leverage AI for speed, manage external agencies, and drive measurable improvements in repurchase rate, churn, LTV, and recovery rate while partnering cross-functionally.

Own and grow the Target account as the primary contact, driving in-store and online execution, promotional planning, digital marketing coordination, forecasting coordination, performance analysis, and buyer relationship management to increase distribution and sales.

As a Performance Creative Strategist, you'll ideate, script, and execute high-volume paid social creative, analyze performance data, and direct UGC creators.
