Own the roadmap and ongoing development of EMA’s Trellis case management platform and two potential new products. Responsibilities include discovery, requirements, user stories, prioritization, 0-to-1 product launches, AI-assisted prototyping, SaaS and systems support, ticket triage, vendor coordination, documentation, and training. The role balances approximately 40% product management and 60% direct platform and technology support.
