Develop web applications, backend services, APIs, and Microsoft Dynamics ERP integrations. Use Claude and other AI development tools in daily software engineering, owning solutions from technical design through production. The role requires strong C#/.NET expertise, senior engineering judgment, independence, and experience with complex systems. Go/Golang, Microsoft Dynamics, and Claude Code experience are advantageous.

Owns group financial consolidation, accounting data quality, month-end close optimization, Power BI reporting, cash flow reconciliation, and management-versus-financial accounting alignment across 10 entities in five countries. Leads local finance controllers, supports audits, board and bank reporting, and drives standardized accounting policies, automation, and reporting processes.

Build and deploy production-grade AI applications using LLMs, agentic workflows, and internal platforms. Develop backend services with Python or TypeScript, integrate LLM APIs, connect agents to internal systems through MCP, and deploy workloads on AWS. Collaborate with architects, program managers, and business stakeholders to turn operational challenges into scalable AI products. Work includes prompt engineering, tool use, structured outputs, REST APIs, databases, authentication, CI/CD, and AI-assisted development.
