Owns go-to-market analytics, forecasting, sales performance reporting, and GTM operating cadence. Leads annual planning, develops performance metrics, prepares executive and board reporting, and partners with finance, data, and marketing to improve revenue processes and systems. Uses SQL, CRM, analytics, and forecasting tools to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and operational improvements.

Owns the administration, configuration, security, integrations, and optimization of Everway’s Salesforce-based revenue technology ecosystem. Supports Salesforce Sales Cloud, Gong, QuotaPath, ABM platforms, and related tools while improving lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash, and customer lifecycle processes. Troubleshoots data flows, supports MuleSoft integration initiatives, enables automation, maintains governance and documentation, and partners with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, RevOps, Data, and engineering stakeholders.

Manage an education-focused customer portfolio across onboarding, implementation, adoption, training, engagement, retention, and renewals. Build customer relationships, monitor health and usage through Tableau, deliver webinars and product guidance, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Support. The role includes customer meetings, events, site visits, and travel up to 20%.
