The role manages regional teams, organizational change, forecasting, external partnerships, government relationships, employee engagement, and business continuity. Candidates need senior B2B SaaS sales leadership experience and detailed knowledge of the UK education software and assistive technology market.

Owns go-to-market analytics, forecasting, sales performance reporting, and GTM operating cadence. Leads annual planning, develops performance metrics, prepares executive and board reporting, and partners with finance, data, and marketing to improve revenue processes and systems. Uses SQL, CRM, analytics, and forecasting tools to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and operational improvements.
