Everway Benefits Overview

Provides interim senior support for corporate planning and executive reporting. Responsibilities include preparing Board and executive materials, developing the three-year plan, building scenario and sensitivity analyses, aligning financial assumptions with business leaders, supporting senior Finance executives, and improving KPI definitions, forecasting discipline, reporting cadence, and FP&A processes.

Manage and optimise marketing operations and automation to drive lead-to-pipeline conversion, improve attribution and reporting, and enable high-velocity go-to-market execution. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Data and Systems teams to maintain lead scoring, routing, dashboards, and workflow automations that improve funnel velocity and commercial KPIs.

Provide customer support through chat, phone, and email; troubleshoot technical and subscription issues; answer product questions; maintain knowledge-base resources; document interactions; identify recurring issues; collaborate with Customer Success, Product, QA, and Development; and meet response and resolution KPIs.
