Sells pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, memorialization products, and merchandise. Meets with families, provides consultative guidance, generates leads through prospecting and community outreach, manages customer relationships and follow-up in HubSpot, completes sales documentation, and supports families at services. The role requires compassionate communication, relationship building, local networking, occasional offsite appointments, and commission-based performance.

Maintains cemetery grounds, landscaping, equipment, and property safety. Performs mowing, weed-whacking, repairs, snow removal, vault and memorial installation, general maintenance, and funeral-service support. Operates machinery safely, provides customer-focused service, follows supervisor directives, and works occasional holidays, evenings, and weekends. Requires a high school equivalency, two or more years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 80 pounds.

Supports cemetery location operations through customer service, phone coverage, scheduling, contract processing, banking, records management, onboarding, accounts payable and receivable, reporting, and memorial work orders. The role requires maintaining confidentiality, coordinating with administration, maintenance, and sales teams, and providing compassionate assistance to customers and families. Some evening, weekend, holiday, and local bank travel may be required.
