Lead sales initiatives and develop front-line Sales Counselors to meet location revenue goals. Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and cross-department communication. Drive customer-focused presentations, one-on-one client relationships, and community outreach while providing mentorship, sales coaching, and recommendations to improve production and sales practices.

Provide front-office and administrative support for a cemetery/funeral location: answer phones, schedule appointments, process contracts, manage cash and banking deposits, maintain records, assist onboarding, handle accounts payable/receivable, process deeds/certificates, coordinate memorial/work orders, and participate in daily cross-department meetings and reporting.

Maintain and repair cemetery property: mow, weed-whack, snow removal, maintain equipment, operate machinery safely, assist with vault and headstone installation, support funeral service functions, and perform general grounds maintenance under the Grounds Superintendent.
