Provides administrative and customer support for a cemetery location, including reception, scheduling, contract processing, banking, records maintenance, onboarding coordination, accounts payable and receivable, order management, reporting, and compliance documentation. The role requires strong organization, confidentiality, customer service, multitasking, data entry, basic computer and math skills, and occasional bank travel using a personal vehicle.

Sells pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, memorialization products, and related merchandise. Meets with families, provides consultative guidance, generates leads through prospecting and community outreach, manages customer relationships, follows up on opportunities, completes sales documentation, and records activity in the CRM. The role also supports funeral and memorial services, attends community events, and collaborates with funeral home and cemetery teams.
