Leads post-close integration of acquired cemetery and funeral home locations. Owns master integration plans, coordinates HR, IT, finance, operations, marketing, and legal workstreams, tracks milestones, resolves risks, and reports readiness to leadership. Supports diligence, system migrations, employee onboarding, and site stabilization while maintaining integration playbooks and documentation. The role requires cross-functional project management, regular travel to acquired locations, and onsite work at the support center.

Provide compassionate funeral planning and direction, meet with families to arrange services, coordinate permits and transport of the deceased, direct visitations and funerals, lead and mentor funeral staff, maintain facilities, and perform related operational duties including occasional driving and lifting.

Supports cemetery location administration through customer service, phone and appointment management, contract processing, banking, records maintenance, onboarding, accounts payable and receivable, reporting, and memorial work orders. Maintains accurate confidential files, coordinates with sales and maintenance teams, processes cemetery documentation, and assists leadership. Requires strong organization, multitasking, interpersonal, data-entry, computer, and basic accounting skills, plus availability for occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
