Leads marketing strategy and campaign execution for university partners, serving as a primary client contact. Manages communications, integrated campaigns, timelines, stakeholder collaboration, performance reviews, and optimization across paid media, organic content, SEO, and creative channels. Translates strategic direction into actionable plans, supports client meetings, coordinates cross-functional teams, and uses market research and performance data to improve outcomes.

Administers semi-monthly payroll and employee benefits, maintains Paylocity and confidential employee records, manages employee lifecycle processes, and operates the shared HR inbox. Provides first-line employee-relations support, assists with performance and development programs, supports talent acquisition administration, ensures policy and employment-law compliance, and improves HR processes while delivering responsive employee service.
