Lead complex engineering projects and maintain EMS applications (State Estimator, RTCA, Loadflow, DTS). Perform power system analyses, develop monitoring/reporting processes, train operators, support operations and planning teams, evaluate innovative grid technologies, and produce operational/emergency plans for transmission and substations.

Lead technical and operational aspects of commercial and industrial demand response programs, coordinate events and scheduling, manage DERMS vendors, develop ConnectedSolutions growth initiatives and pilots, train stakeholders, represent Eversource at industry events and regulatory proceedings, and provide leadership to the Demand Response team to advance decarbonization goals.

Coordinate, analyze, prepare and maintain IT operating and capital budgets, forecasts, and cost management. Produce monthly and ad hoc budget reports, investigate and correct accounting errors, maintain budget worksheets and records, support budget-related requests, recommend cost-savings, and contribute to project milestones while working under general supervision.
