The Supervisor, System Operations oversees the safe and economic operation of generation, transmission, and distribution facilities, coordinating outages and emergencies while ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.

Manage and implement EV charging programs for residential, fleet, multifamily, and DC fast charger projects. Process applications and payments, ensure regulatory compliance and reporting, coordinate installers and vendors, engage stakeholders and customers, support DERMS and OEM integration, and drive continuous process and outreach improvements to meet program objectives.

Design, coordinate, and support electrical engineering work for system control and protection. Ensure safe, efficient execution of projects, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, maintain tools/materials, meet permitting and safety procedures, and respond to emergencies as assigned. Roles require electrical engineering education and, for higher grade, demonstrated experience and leadership.
