Support Benefits Strategy through compliance, audits, SOX controls, and vendor oversight. Lead ERISA plan audits, coordinate with auditors and internal teams, reconcile pension/payroll/trust data, prepare 5500 filing materials, review SOC reports, manage remediation, perform financial and claims analyses, and support benefit operations and projects.

Leads the Transmission and Engineering Project Controls, Planning and Scheduling team. Oversees baseline schedule development, Primavera processes, cost reporting, performance dashboards, forecasting, risk identification, vendor schedule performance, change control, compliance, and project closeout. Builds and develops teams, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, evaluates contractor claims, and ensures capital projects meet schedule, budget, safety, and performance objectives. The role also supports emergency restoration assignments and travel across Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire.

Maintains, troubleshoots, inspects, and repairs energized and de-energized overhead, pad-mounted, and occasional underground electrical transmission and distribution equipment. Locates faults, operates switching and control equipment, restores service using transformers, generators, and temporary jumpers, replaces damaged services and transformers, performs patrols and inspections, and responds to emergency conditions. Work requires strong safety practices, independent judgment, physical stamina, and at least three years of journeyman overhead lineman experience.
