Acts as a liaison between Engineering, IT, and business stakeholders. Leads business process and workflow analysis, gathers and translates requirements, supports solution design, develops IT roadmaps, and helps manage application lifecycle activities. The role contributes to project business cases, procurement events, prioritization meetings, process optimization, documentation, and development coordination. Requires strong analytical, communication, organizational, collaboration, and business analysis skills, with familiarity with Agile methods, ITSM, budgeting, and Microsoft applications.

Manage construction projects for customer connections and DER/solar initiatives, overseeing schedules, budgets, work orders, equipment, invoicing, payments, licenses, easements, and customer communications. Coordinate engineering, legal, internal teams, and contractors while ensuring safety, service-level agreements, timeline adherence, and regulatory requirements. Prepare financial and project-status presentations, support emergency restoration assignments, and travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire as needed.

Leads engineering and technical projects supporting LNG and LPG facilities. Supervises engineers, manages project budgets and approvals, develops designs, standards, procedures, and permit applications, and evaluates equipment and technologies. Provides technical support during normal and emergency operations, conducts root-cause analyses, implements corrective actions, and ensures safe, reliable facility performance. Coordinates resources, supports multi-year planning, and assumes managerial responsibilities as needed.
