Lead day-to-day delivery of MedComm projects, managing timelines, budgets, risk, and cross-functional workflows for data-heavy medical presentations, advisory board materials, training decks, and SOW/billing activities while ensuring PMO process adherence and scientific accuracy.

Lead full lifecycle delivery of complex strategic, creative, and technical projects across brands. Develop and manage timelines, budgets, risk registers, change logs and forecasts; run kickoffs and status meetings; coordinate billing, SOWs, and resource plans; enforce PMO standards and store project artifacts; mentor PMs/PCs and serve as escalation point for client-facing project issues.

Hands-on Martech analyst supporting implementation, configuration, troubleshooting and optimization across CRM, email, CDP and other marketing platforms. Assist CRM migration planning/execution, translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensure cross-system data alignment, and provide tactical support to senior team members.
