Conducts direct residential neighborhood sales outreach, connects with homeowners, schedules appointments, represents the company professionally, and generates interest in home services. This commission-only, field-based role provides full-time training, uncapped earning potential, performance-based advancement, and a path toward sales leadership. No prior experience is required, but candidates should be energetic, competitive, resilient, comfortable speaking with new people, and willing to work outdoors.
