Drive net-new business and account expansion among state, local, and education agencies. Own complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting and discovery through demonstrations, negotiation, and close. Build territory plans, exceed quotas, conduct value-based presentations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, represent Everlaw at conferences and customer meetings, and travel regularly throughout the territory.

Designs human-centered product experiences for an AI-powered legal platform, translating complex litigation workflows and data into accessible interfaces. Responsibilities include discovery through launch, prototyping, production specifications, user research, cross-functional collaboration, design-system development, and integrating AI tools such as Cursor and Claude Design into the design process. The role also requires developing deep product knowledge through platform certification.

Build and release end-to-end product features, from architecture through deployment. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Developer Operations; debug complex issues across a large-scale codebase; improve platform reliability; document systems; and share technical knowledge. The role includes mentorship and onboarding support while working across the technology stack.
