Teams at Everlane

Own and improve People Operations programs across corporate and retail teams, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, internal mobility, benefits, compensation, compliance, HRIS administration, employee data, and manager support. Partner with Finance, Payroll, IT, Legal, and Retail Operations to maintain accurate, scalable, compliant people processes and provide guidance on employee lifecycle matters.

Design and develop women’s knitwear and sweater products from research and initial sketches through technical packages, sampling, fittings, and production. Collaborate with design, merchandising, raw materials, technical, and production teams to create cohesive seasonal collections aligned with Everlane’s clean, timeless aesthetic. Support milestone presentations and apply product and merchandising insights to future designs.

Leads Everlane’s data science and analytics team, delivering business insights, predictive models, experimentation, customer behavior analysis, and self-service analytics. Owns the data architecture and roadmap, evaluates new data and machine learning technologies, scales the data platform, and partners with stakeholders across marketing, digital product, and other business functions. Manages and develops data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers.
