Support end-to-end sample and PO processes: track and receive samples, enter and maintain raw material data, issue and manage purchase orders, ensure order accuracy and timeliness, communicate with overseas vendors, and support cross-functional teams and special projects.

Lead end-to-end product development for knits and sweaters, partnering with design, sourcing, materials, and quality teams. Manage calendars, BOMs, lab dips, costings, supplier relationships, and production handoffs while mentoring staff and ensuring sustainability, cost, and timeline targets are met.

Forecast, monitor, and order product across assortments. Develop sales, margin and inventory plans, manage in-season OTB, generate SKU-level purchase orders, improve inventory models, collaborate with merchandising, production, and logistics, and build tools and dashboards to drive KPI targets.
