Lead Everist’s integrated marketing strategy across brand, growth, content, performance, social commerce, influencer, and retail initiatives. Own campaign development, brand storytelling, paid media, SEO/GEO, affiliate strategy, creator programs, and organic social. Oversee Meta and TikTok performance, budgets, testing, and channel optimization while building scalable marketing processes and mentoring junior team members. Partner cross-functionally to support retail expansion and drive measurable growth in a fast-paced beauty and CPG environment.

Create and manage Everist’s organic and paid social content across Instagram and TikTok. Responsibilities include concepting, shooting, editing, copywriting, scheduling, community engagement, paid ad creative, content performance analysis, trend monitoring, campaign support, and maintaining brand voice consistency across channels.

Own Everist’s creative and content output across organic social, paid social, and broader brand channels. Create, shoot, edit, and publish photo and video content; manage Instagram and TikTok; develop content calendars and paid ad creative; monitor trends and community engagement; analyze creative performance; and write copy for social, ads, email, product pages, websites, and campaigns while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
