Build and run the finance function for a founder-led portfolio: design accounting structures, clean and close books, reconcile, report P&L by entity, investigate discrepancies, support acquisitions and diligence, coordinate advisors, and improve systems using QuickBooks/Xero, spreadsheets, Google Drive, and AI tools.
