Lead and manage the quality assurance team to ensure products meet customer and industry standards. Develop and maintain quality systems, perform inspections and root cause analysis, document defects, train staff, and recommend process improvements to support on-time project completion and product conformance.

Produce 2D/3D CAD drawings and models, manage drafting tasks and standards, generate detail and assembly drawings for fabrication and submittals, translate and manage electronic CAD files, incorporate revisions, and support engineers and customers while meeting schedules and quality procedures.

Performs repetitive assembly and finishing work on a production line, using hand and power tools, press brake and other equipment. May perform carpentry tasks and operate forklift; follows supervisor instructions and completes related duties to assemble units to completion.

Design and develop customer-specific quotes and drawings using CAD and Microsoft Office. Ensure timely, accurate communication with regional sales and customer experience teams, perform quality checks on quotes/drawings, review specifications and pricing, coordinate paperwork, and support the quote-to-delivery process for assigned customers.

Oversee and coordinate plant production to meet targets for quality, safety, and profitability. Lead hourly and salaried staff, maintain production schedules and MRP usage, apply Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, manage staffing and preventative maintenance, and drive safety and performance through coaching and communication.

Performs repetitive assembly and finishing tasks on a production line using hand and power tools. Operates press brake, automatic fastener and index machines, overhead cranes and forklifts, performs carpentry and electrical wiring, and uses other equipment as required.

Create accurate 2D/3D CAD detail and assembly drawings from engineering specs and architects' layouts, manage drafting tasks and files, implement drafting standards, translate file formats, incorporate revisions, and coordinate with engineers, CSRs, and dealers to meet production and submittal deadlines.

Performs assembly and basic carpentry tasks to manufacture panels to blueprint/specifications, using hand and power tools. Creates panels by stapling metal to frames, lifts up to 50 lbs, stands for extended periods, and performs related duties as assigned.

Manage daily corporate office operations, front desk reception, vendor relationships, supply inventory, meeting and event logistics, mail and shipment coordination, light accounting/vendor setup, and administrative support across departments to maintain an organized, professional workplace.

Manage and coordinate plant production, quality, safety, and profitability. Implement Lean Manufacturing and MRP systems, lead and develop production staff, maintain schedules and preventative maintenance, reduce overtime and attrition, and drive continuous improvement.
