Provides administrative and client support for fire safety sales and service operations. Responsibilities include preparing quotes and invoices, coordinating with technicians and account managers, responding to client inquiries, supporting inside sales, managing schedules and branch administration, editing technical reports, maintaining records, handling calls, and following health, safety, and environmental policies.

Install, inspect, maintain, modify, and service fire protection equipment and sprinkler systems. Read blueprints and schematics, evaluate plans and code compliance, prepare materials and proposals, complete daily reports, mentor apprentices, follow safety practices, and participate in 24/7 on-call emergency service.

Lead branch operations for fire and life safety technical services: ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality service delivery; manage teams, schedules, budgets, KPIs, customer relationships, and growth while recruiting, coaching, and developing staff.
