Coordinates branch administration, client support, inside sales, quotes, invoices, scheduling inquiries, technical report editing, recordkeeping, and document filing. Works with technicians and account managers to validate client information and ensure accurate service documentation. Provides customer service, supports branch and regional teams, manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and follows health, safety, and environmental policies.

Install, inspect, maintain, modify, and service fire protection equipment and sprinkler systems. Read blueprints and schematics, evaluate plans and code compliance, prepare materials and proposals, complete daily reports, mentor apprentices, follow safety practices, and participate in 24/7 on-call emergency service.

Manage and grow a territory of municipal, industrial, and commercial customers by developing new business, expanding existing accounts, delivering quotes with internal teams, recommending life-safety solutions, maintaining CRM pipeline, and representing Everguard at industry events.
