Supervise LEAD case managers and outreach coordinators, provide clinical and administrative oversight, support program expansion, ensure compliance with agency/contract requirements, coordinate with law enforcement and community partners, conduct performance evaluations, manage staffing coverage and client records, and represent the program to stakeholders.

Provide safety oversight and patient engagement for a mobile treatment unit: operate and maintain a 20–30 ft vehicle, set up/break down sites, monitor safety and cameras, document incidents, support counselors and case managers, de-escalate conflicts, and perform routine vehicle and supply maintenance.

Provide outreach-based intensive case management for ~25–30 participants experiencing homelessness and behavioral health conditions. Assess needs, develop individualized service plans, link to housing, benefits, treatment, and legal advocacy, collaborate with LEAD partners and community providers, attend meetings, maintain participant records, and support system-change efforts using harm reduction and racial equity principles.
