Teams at Evergreen Treatment Services

Operates and maintains a mobile treatment vehicle, sets up remote treatment facilities, monitors patient and staff safety, responds to alarms and emergencies, documents incidents, conducts inspections, stocks supplies, and engages patients using respectful, de-escalating practices. Collaborates with behavioral health staff, emergency responders, counselors, and case managers while safeguarding confidential information and supporting individuals experiencing substance use and homelessness.

Provides public benefits expertise, staff training, case consultation, and direct field-based support for people experiencing homelessness and behavioral health conditions. Coordinates access to SSI, Medicaid, housing, treatment, and other resources; tracks services and systemic barriers; collaborates with community partners; advocates for equitable benefits access; maintains documentation and participates in organizational initiatives focused on harm reduction, racial equity, and improved service delivery.

Provides direct, harm-reduction and trauma-informed support to clients experiencing homelessness and behavioral health challenges. Maintains a safe, welcoming REACH milieu, manages client flow, staffs the front desk, connects clients with care managers and resources, facilitates groups and activities, documents interactions, and de-escalates challenging behavior. The role also coordinates supplies, supports staff orientation, collaborates with partner agencies, advocates for systemic improvements, and participates in outings and community engagement.
