Lead accounting operations including general ledger, month/year-end close, GAAP financial statements, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, treasury, audits, tax filings, internal controls, and team leadership. Partner with cross-functional leaders to shape financial policies, cash management, and risk mitigation for a value-based healthcare organization.

Lead P&L and operational performance for Evergreen Provider Group and Patient Engagement Services. Scale virtual care delivery, set KPI targets, manage budgets, build dashboards, and drive outreach, scheduling, and visit completion. Coach cross-functional teams, improve workflows and patient engagement campaigns, and manage value-based partnerships to optimize quality and total medical expense.
