Frequent field visits, in-person retailer support, attending showroom/market events, and executing seasonal product introductions to meet sales targets and maximize performance-based income.

Manage and grow a 100+ account territory across North and South Dakota by visiting independent retailers, presenting new collections, driving merchandising and storytelling, using CRM and digital tools, and executing a proven sales playbook to meet sales targets and earn commission/bonus.

Drive new national retail account acquisition and expansion by building executive relationships, leading presentations, negotiations, assortment planning, and forecasting. Partner with product development, sourcing, merchandising, and overseas factories to create custom assortments and scale $10M+ opportunities into $20M+ programs. Travel for customer meetings, trade shows, and company meetings (≈25%).
