Drive new national retail account acquisition and expansion by building executive relationships, leading presentations, negotiations, assortment planning, and forecasting. Partner with product development, sourcing, merchandising, and overseas factories to create custom assortments and scale $10M+ opportunities into $20M+ programs. Travel for customer meetings, trade shows, and company meetings (≈25%).

Manage and grow a 100+ account territory across North and South Dakota by visiting independent retailers, presenting new collections, driving merchandising and storytelling, using CRM and digital tools, and executing a proven sales playbook to meet sales targets and earn commission/bonus.

Manage 200–400 wholesale accounts through proactive outreach to drive reorders, upsell seasonal products, and re-engage inactive retailers. Support pre-book orders, coordinate with customer service and warehouse teams, maintain CRM records, and participate in trade shows and virtual events to promote product launches while collaborating with field sales managers.
