The Accountant will manage daily accounting transactions in Tally Prime, including purchase, sales, payment, receipt, ledger, voucher, petty cash, and bank reconciliation entries. Responsibilities include accounts payable and receivable, invoice verification, GST and TDS documentation, financial record maintenance, monthly closing support, and preparation of financial reports. The role also coordinates with internal departments and vendors regarding billing and payments.

Manage real estate sales and marketing activities across the Erode market. Responsibilities include generating and converting property leads, conducting site visits, maintaining customer and broker relationships, achieving sales targets, coordinating documentation and closures, monitoring competitors, preparing sales reports, and developing a local sales network. The role requires local market knowledge, strong communication and negotiation skills, Tamil fluency, field mobility, and willingness to travel within Erode and nearby areas.
