Partner with finance, legal, IT, and business leaders while managing HR technology vendors and developing HR professionals. Improve automation, workforce insights, employee experience, and rewards effectiveness across multiple geographies.

Designs and maintains enterprise cybersecurity architecture across cloud, endpoint, network, identity, application, and manufacturing environments. Leads security platform implementation, monitoring, threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, penetration testing, access controls, hardening, audits, and regulatory support. Automates security workflows, develops metrics, oversees vendors and complex projects, advises business initiatives, and mentors cybersecurity staff. Occasional travel between company locations may be required.

Leads the newly created global procurement and planning function across U.S. and European manufacturing sites. Owns procurement strategy, strategic sourcing, supplier performance, supply and production planning, SIOP, inventory optimization, operational analytics, and supply resilience.
