Maintain disciplined HubSpot CRM records, attend industry events, build regional relationships, and share origination insights with the wider European team.

The Support Lead will oversee the delivery of the portfolio Support programme, driving operational improvements across multiple business units and engaging with CEOs and support managers to optimize costs and efficiency using AI tools and structured assessments.

Drive customer acquisition and growth in the Nordics for laundry/textile ERP SaaS: manage full sales cycle, negotiate contracts, maintain accounts, gather customer feedback, analyze market/competitors, attend industry events, and report pipeline and revenue to Head of Sales.
