Manage daily headquarters operations, facilities, vendors, supplies, budgets, mailroom activities, space planning, security access, safety protocols, and administrative support. Coordinate meetings, catering, office events, executive needs, and guest experiences while maintaining welcoming, secure, and functional shared spaces. The role also oversees building relationships, operational invoices, inventory, workplace software accounts, and projects that improve office efficiency and employee experience.
