Leads global property and casualty reserving across insurance and reinsurance portfolios. Oversees reserve adequacy, methodologies, governance, controls, regulatory reporting, and financial disclosures. Partners with Finance and executive leadership on reserve decisions, risk trends, and strategic planning. Mentors actuaries, strengthens reserving processes, and promotes analytics and automation. Requires FCAS certification, 15+ years of P&C actuarial experience, extensive reserving leadership, regulatory reporting expertise, executive communication skills, and proven people leadership.

Supports quarterly and year-end reserve studies for insurance and reinsurance portfolios. Analyzes loss development, reserve movements, and actual-versus-expected results; prepares management exhibits and actuarial reports; maintains reserving models, databases, and reporting tools; and collaborates with Claims, Underwriting, Finance, and Pricing. The role also supports audits, regulatory requests, governance, data quality, automation, and actuarial examination progress.

Leads global property and casualty insurance reserving analyses, quarterly reserve reviews, reserve adequacy assessments, and recommendations for insurance and reinsurance portfolios.
