Leads Cisco SD-WAN modernization, secure access, firewall, NAC, wireless, routing, switching, DDI, and file transfer initiatives. Provides Level 3 incident escalation, root cause analysis, and operational mentorship while managing projects through completion. Supports after-hours maintenance, emergency changes, and weekend implementations.
