Supports actuarial assumptions, methodologies, pricing, reserving, capital management, regulatory reporting, and business planning. Performs actuarial analysis, develops reporting tools, communicates findings, and collaborates with underwriting, claims, finance, reinsurance, and actuarial stakeholders to improve underwriting performance and inform business decisions.

This 10-week technology internship provides exposure to IT areas including data analytics, cybersecurity, IT risk, infrastructure, cloud modernization, and AI automation. Interns collaborate on projects, gather requirements, analyze data, document processes, develop and test solutions, create dashboards, and present results to management. The program also includes professional development, networking, and preparation for a rotational development program.

Supports the Design Engineering team in analyzing business processes, identifying system needs, translating business requirements into actionable requirements, and designing streamlined workflows. Collaborates with architecture, process, and business stakeholders across underwriting, product, claims, and operations to develop solutions that improve customer and employee experiences. The 10-week internship also includes professional development, networking, and preparation for a rotational development program.
