Administer and optimize GoAnywhere MFT across development, test, and production environments. Build automated file-transfer workflows, onboard trading partners, manage encryption keys and certificates, configure secure protocols, monitor compliance, and troubleshoot enterprise integrations. Support Epic and healthcare data exchanges involving PHI/PII, collaborate on network and firewall issues, and provide Tier 3 and on-call support for critical hospital data feeds.

Designs, builds, and maintains scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehouses, and integrations from APIs, databases, and files. Ensures data quality, governance, security, and compliance while automating ingestion and transformation. Collaborates with analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams to deliver clean datasets for analysis and model training. Evaluates data technologies and troubleshoots pipeline issues using Azure, Informatica, SQL, Python, and related tools.
