Teams at Everence

Supports equity index portfolio management through portfolio construction, rebalancing, optimization, performance attribution, and tracking error analysis. Conducts fixed-income credit research, issuer analysis, sustainability assessments, sector monitoring, and risk analysis. Uses investment software and Excel-based tools to improve portfolio analytics and processes, while exploring AI and data technologies. Contributes to investment discussions and communicates portfolio strategy and performance. Occasional travel is required for conferences and training.

Provides administrative, technical, and customer service support to financial consultants and clients. Maintains CRM, client files, compliance records, forms, and financial service documentation; prepares investment reviews, applications, reports, and correspondence; monitors trades and account activity; handles inquiries, scheduling, mailings, and office processes; and assists with sales, marketing, and client communications.

Leads lending strategy and operations across Everence, overseeing consumer, mortgage, business, church, and commercial lending. Manages loan portfolios, underwriting, collections, servicing, lending policies, regulatory compliance, staff development, and cross-department coordination. Chairs the Everence Church Loan Committee, supports new lending initiatives, and develops products and balance-sheet opportunities while advancing organizational financial-well-being goals.
