Manage daily service delivery and field operations for assigned school transportation accounts in the Indianapolis territory. Coordinate with school districts, service providers, and internal teams to ensure safe, timely student transport, improve service quality, control costs, support client onboarding and retention, maintain regulatory and contract compliance, and respond to time-sensitive operational issues. Role requires travel within the territory and strong customer service and communication skills.
