Owns change adoption and operational job-readiness training across contact center, field, and inside operations. Responsibilities include developing change plans, onboarding programs, train-the-trainer models, manager reinforcement, LMS content, AI-first learning materials, process and system rollout readiness, facilitation, and adoption measurement. The role also oversees offshore and BPO training quality, maintains operational knowledge content, and delivers continuous coaching based on QA results, product updates, and process changes.

Manages transportation accounts across Southern California, coordinating with school districts, families, transportation providers, contractors, and internal teams. Oversees field operations, provider recruitment and credentialing, service quality, safety, compliance, client retention, and account growth. Monitors transportation performance, resolves time-sensitive issues, maintains operational documentation, and supports continuous improvement. The role requires regular travel, customer service, communication, problem-solving, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
