Provide high-volume support to SMB merchants using PaySimple: troubleshoot transactions, chargebacks, fraud alerts, and funding issues; onboard and educate merchants on platform features and PCI best practices; identify at-risk accounts to reduce churn; escalate complex compliance or risk cases; maintain accurate CRM records; and stay current on payment regulations and industry trends.

Manage trial customers end-to-end to drive trial-to-paid conversions. Provide product guidance, demos, training, and sales workflow support (estimates, contracts, payments). Prioritize high-volume outreach, identify customer needs, increase feature adoption, and partner cross-functionally to improve activation and retention metrics.

Lead Joist's new customer acquisition strategy and execution across Web, iOS, and Android. Own multi-million dollar paid media investments, forecasting, channel orchestration, and testing. Partner with paid media, SEO, and analytics teams to optimize funnel (traffic → signup → paid), build measurement infrastructure, and report performance to senior leadership.
