The role includes rapid prototyping with Figma and AI tools, information architecture, customer research, experimentation, AI-powered workflows, design systems, and collaboration with product and engineering teams. Success is measured through improvements in activation, retention, conversion, onboarding, and customer experience across iOS, Android, and web.
